The Family Course Pool is the household-level collection of courses your family has selected for actual use. It sits between the global Master Curriculum Library and each student’s individual subject map.
How it works #
- A parent selects a course from the Master Curriculum Library or creates a family-only course.
- When that course is mapped to a student, Liberty Lamp ensures the course exists once in the Family Course Pool.
- The same household course can then be mapped to another child without duplicating the global catalog record.
- Each student keeps a separate subject role, schedule, completion history, grades, hours, and progress.
Privacy: Student names, subject mappings, grades, progress, attendance, and other family records are not added to the public provider-neutral master catalog.
